Pipe Chase Housing

    The Large Pipe Chase Housing is job spacific and built to your job requirements.   The Large Pipe Chase Housing is not a stock item.   The more we build the better the price. We will help you design it.
Features:
1. Four 4 inch and 6 inch start collars for seals.
2. Four 2 1/4 holes for Sigrist Exit Seals. 
3.  Water Bib.   Bibs must be on a BFP and winter draindown.
4.  Welded Aluminum construction with all stainless hardware.
5.  Powder Coated.
6.  Housings and Curbs are available in Stainless Steel. 
7.  We can build to your wind load requirements. 
8.  We provide a hole for the Electrician to mount a GFCI. 
9. Lid gasket is protected from the elements. 
10. Built in skirt to protect the leading edge of the roof. 
11. All mounting and lid hardware is designed so it dose not penetrate the Housing for additional protection. 
12. Compress the leading edge of the roof between the housing and the top of the curb with a gasketed bolted connection.

The Curb has a 3 inch flange out to screw to the roof deck.  Screw holes are on 2 inch centers.
