The Pipe Chase Housing was designed to accommodate several pipes in one roof opening. For years the Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning Industry has provided there own holes in the roof. This has been the cause of many problems in todays new roofing systems. The Pipe Chase Housing is designed to provide a pathway to the roof for all the trades to use. Six months after the job is completed the electrician can come back and run another conduit to the roof without penetrating the roof again. The Pipe Chase Housing was designed around the Air Conditioning Condensing Unit. There are four pipes that must run to the roof for a Condensing Unit to operate. The two refrigeration lines, power and control conduits. The Small Pipe Chase Housing is designed for the small Condensing units. The Medium Pipe Chase Housing can accommodate two Condensing units on each side.
